How fast can these fish i caught survive in a bucket? ?

I caught 2 sunfish, 2 pickeral, and 2 crappies. I have them in a stagnant bucket of water from the lake. How long will they survive? I need them to survive around 15 hours. I’m bringing them home tommorow. Will they survive? I was told they should. The bucket is 1.5/4 full. I have no aireators and no plants with me. The pond is in the back of my grandmas house so I can walk down and get more water.

Never lie to a woman ;)?

A man called home to his wife and said, “Honey I have been asked to go fishing up in Canada with my boss & several of his Friends.

We’ll be gone for a week. This is a good opportunity for me to get that Promotion I’v been wanting, so could you please pack enough Clothes for a week and set out my rod and fishing box, we’re Leaving From the office & I will swing by the house to pick my things up” “Oh! Please pack my new blue silk pajamas.”

The wife thinks this sounds a bit fishy but being the good wife she is, did exactly what her husband asked.

The following Weekend he came home a little tired but otherwise looking good.

The wife welcomed him home and asked if he caught many fish?

He said, “Yes! Lots of Salmon, some Bluegill, and a few Swordfish. But why didn’t you pack my new blue silk pajamas like I asked you to Do?”

The wife replied, “I did. They’re in your fishing box…..”

going to start a native fish aquarium?

I was going to buy a 55g-80g african cichlid tank but i think i changed my mind. I was thinking of collecting some native species found in our home lakes and hopefully breed them too. Now, i already did the research and i clearly know that in some states/ provinces ( i live in southern ontario, canada) you need a permit. What fish do you think i should stock? I was thinking about stocking it with a small school of yellow perch and a small school of sunfish and a ton of shiners mixed in between as a food source and to give the tank a more natural look. I can easily collect these fish as i go fishing alot so i dont need a seine net for the bigger fish but a trap will be needed for the minnows.Any suggestions on other fish to stock? Any tips you can give? What do you think about my setup?

Questing about night fishing?

Not to sound like a mello-dramatic piece of shit, but I’ve been depressed lately, insomnia is acting up, being home makes it worse, but I love fishing, so I’ve been going to the lake at night lately, but I haven’t even gotten bites. I’ve been going for Bass and Panfish, since those are the only things I’m sure are in my lake. I’ve tried different baits for each. Live, spinners, inline spinners, plastics, crank baits, etc. without even any bites. The water has gotten quite a bit warmer over the last week or so (In in central California) but that doesn’t seem to make a difference. Can you recommend some good baits/lures/techniques that might work better? Also the lake is named Blue Heron (it’s a private lake) and is, respectively, in the vague shape of a heron. It has one spill area that the lake creates a river from when it’s full, it has one small bridge, and only a few rock formations underwater. The depths don’t really vary, and I’ll be fishing from the shore besides. Thanks in advance for any tips or advice.
