i know its the middle of winter, but i gotta sign up for classes early. well im 14 and im trying to get my basic keelboat sailing certification, ive been sailing for a couple years but not on a fancy boat, like a sunfish sailboat. anyways, i found some yacht clubs that offer classes but it doesnt seem like its for the people my age? do you know any classes that test you on the certification thats for my age? anywhere near philadelphia?

I am mainly looking for easy to catch fish, like pan fish; like bluegills, sunfish, catfish, and crappie. I am planing a trip for people who have never fished before so needs to be easy and fun. A place not too far from Philadelphia with clean water.
